Supporting the Troops
-
Lori Davis of Minerva
heads a local volunteer effort to make scarves
for troops who are serving in Iraq and
Afghanistan. The project is part of Operation Bundle Up,
a program of the USO of Northern Ohio.
Some of the scarves headed to troops serving in
Iraq and Afghanistan carry a tag or indication
of who make the garment. This one was made with
a pocket where a prayer was included.
