Established in 1941, the USO of Northern Ohio was originally located in Cleveland's Terminal Tower, where it served the needs of countless troops during World War II. 

Today, our 4 staff members, along with over 400 volunteers, serve the 29 counties of Northern Ohio.  With two facilities and numerous programs and services, we support thousands of military personnel and their families each month.

The USO office is located at the  Military Entrance Processing Station (MEPS). We also have a canteen which serves refreshments to military personnel, new recruits, and their families. Our office is located in Cleveland, Ohio  and is open Monday through Friday from 7:00 am to 4:00 pm.

     Bob Hope USO Lounge - Cleveland Hopkins International Airport

Our newly-renovated lounge at Cleveland Hopkins Airport has been renamed in honor of Bob Hope, who was born in England but spent his boyhood in  Cleveland.  

He tirelessly entertained troops under the USO banner, and we are proud to continue assisting our troops in his name. 

Located on the airport's baggage claim level, the lounge provides a place to grab a snack, e-mail a loved one, shoot a game of pool, or just get away from the stress and noise of the busy airport.  

Our airport volunteers are among the best, and they do everything possible to make traveling a little easier.  The lounge is open daily from 8:00 am until 10:00 pm.
